Conflicts happen in any team, and this is quite normal. Such situations happen because each person has different experiences and their own outlook on life, and communication between people is somewhat reminiscent of exchanging encrypted data. One composes a message using their own symbols, and the other deciphers it based on their skills. In this article, we explain why disagreements arise and how they can be useful.

What benefits can be gained from conflict in a team?
If a manager knows how to manage conflict situations in an organization, reduce tension and bring a dispute from a destructive state to a constructive one, then this can give a good result, for example:

During the dispute, the position and interests are social media marketing service clearly defined, which help to solve the problem faster. For example, two designers cannot decide what kind of landing page to make - a simple minimalist one or a bright one with many widgets:
The first expert's opinion: the landing page design should be simple so that the user can concentrate on the main thing.

The second expert's opinion: it is better to choose a bright design, since our target audience is university students.

Manager's decision: let's test both options and then compare the results.

Acute problems are not hidden, but are immediately discussed within the team, resulting in the right decisions being made.
For example, a developer often makes mistakes in the code and a colleague has to periodically finish his work, which causes conflicts between them. Therefore, the manager decides to discuss this problem with them directly and ask how he can help in this situation.

Specialists develop competencies in the conflict process: the ability to listen to the interlocutor, accept his point of view and come up with arguments to defend their position.
